Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

Digital Product Questions:

A digital product is a non-physical product that can be stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. Some examples of digital products include: e-books, PDFs, music (mp3 files), online courses, subscriptions, etc.

Konichiwa Prints currently sells only PDFs and e-books as digital products.

  1. Follow the steps for purchase check out.
  2. Once payment is confirmed you will be redirected to the download page.
  3. Click on the red button with your product name on it to download your files. They will be located in the “Downloads” folder on your computer

You may print digital products at home using your own printer or at a local print shop. Depending on the digital product, different types of paper are recommended.

  • Heavy cardstock for lasting flashcards (and laminate)
  • White cardstock for greeting cards
  • Paper of your choosing for other digital products

Please note that colors and print quality may vary from what is shown on your monitor to the printed product depending on the printer used, printing method, ink, monitor and settings.

The paper size for the majority of my digital products are US Letter Size (8.5″ x 11″). To print the correct size, please avoid scaling and make sure to choose the option “actual size” when printing.

Once you purchase a digital product the download link does not expire, however the limit of downloading the product is up to 10. After 10 downloads, the product will need to be repurchased to access the download link again.

All digital products purchased from Konichiwa Prints LLC are for non-commercial, personal use only. You may print and use these products in your home, business, classroom, or a public place but may not redistribute, alter, resell or mass produce the digital files or profit from it in any way.

To keep my business running, please do not share the download file with others or allow other people to make copies of the printed product. Instead, direct them to my shop so they can discover the wonderful products for themselves!
